Stainless Steel Etchied Sheet

The stainless steel etching process is to apply a protective acid-resistant coating to the surface according to a specific pattern. The unprotected area is then etched using a chemical process to form a decorative pattern. Etched plates are based on 8K mirror, brushed and sandblasted stainless steel. After etching, the surface of the material will be further processed. This advanced etching technology coupled with PVD color coating produces bright colors and bold patterns. Etched stainless steel sheets are popular in interior metal decorations such as elevator doors and wall panels.

  1. First layer by lasering PVC, second layer as China local black&white PVC.
  2. Waterproof paper coverred;
  3. Thick wooden plates to cover;
  4. Metal pallet for LCL to avoid damage, and full wooden pallets with covers for FCL loading;

Marking and Loading:

PVC marking with goods details onto every sheet, marked by stickers for every single pallet, loaded as 20″ container, FCL and LCL provided
