What material is used for stainless steel water corrugated plate? Can it adapt to humid/high-salt environment?

We use 304/316/201 stainless steel (customized according to needs), 316L contains molybdenum, resistant to salt spray and chemical corrosion, suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas and industrial areas, and has a service life of more than 20 years.

What are the common thicknesses and sizes? Is customization supported?

Standard thickness 0.3mm-3.0mm, width and length can be customized. Support cutting according to drawings or special corrugation depth design.

Is the surface easy to scratch? How to maintain long-term gloss?

The surface of the water corrugated plate is embossed and brushed, which is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant. It is recommended to wipe it regularly with a neutral detergent to avoid strong acids and alkalis, and the metal texture can be maintained for a long time.

Is professional tools required for processing? What should be paid attention to during installation?

Conventional metal cutting tools (laser/water jet) can be used. During installation, it is necessary to reserve a gap for thermal expansion and contraction. It is recommended to use special stainless steel fasteners. A free installation guide is provided.

Is the corrugated design anti-slip? Is it suitable for outdoor use?

The water corrugated structure is naturally anti-slip, with a friction coefficient of ≥0.6 (ASTM standard), and has passed the IP65 waterproof test. It is not suitable for outdoor stairs, decks and other scenes.

Does it comply with international environmental standards (such as RoHS, REACH)?

The product has passed the SGS test, does not contain heavy metals and harmful substances, complies with the EU RoHS and US ASTM A240 standards, and supports the certification required for export declaration.

Is there a discount for bulk purchases? How to reduce transportation costs?

Orders over 20 tons enjoy a 5% discount, and provide container optimization packaging solutions (rolled/flat), which can arrange sea transportation on behalf of you, reducing logistics volume costs by 30%.

Can you reproduce specific patterns or brand LOGO embossing?

Customized exclusive corrugated patterns are supported. Exclusive corrugations require mold making, and the minimum order quantity is 10 tons before mold making. The logo can be laser cut. Customized production time is relatively long.

What is the load-bearing strength of the plate? Is it suitable for structural materials?

Tensile strength ≥ 520MPa (304 material), corrugated structure improves rigidity, can be used in light load-bearing scenarios (such as decorative partitions), but it is not recommended to replace structural steel.
